The Intrepid Street is focused customer service in all its' shades. The question of what customer service is, how it can be delivered in a consistent way and some real world examples of both success and failures will all find a home here. Through these pages I hope to foster a conversation about what constitutes good, or bad, customer service. I would not mind seeing actual improvements to customer service in the world at large as a result of the conversations that take place here.

Unlike other sites devoted to customer service, I will not be selling anything. I may put up a few ads though, we will see. I am just a guy with some experience who is tired of the current state of affairs. I hope that you join me in this journey.
